- 2–3 hours

- Evenings
- Ideal for
- First date, Long-term couple, Married
Why it’s a good cheap date
Big skies, zero entry fees, and a natural reason to slow down and talk.
Putrajaya empties out in the late afternoon, which is exactly when it looks its best. Park near Seri Wawasan Bridge, walk the promenade as the sky turns peach, and watch the mosque light up across the lake. It's quiet, wide open, and costs almost nothing.
Tips
- Bring a light mat so you can sit on the grass by the water.
- The bridge lights come on around 7.30pm. Stay for that.
- Parking near Alamanda is free after 6pm if the bridge lots are full.
Make it more romantic
- 1Write one line each about your favourite memory together and swap at sunset.
- 2Bring a small speaker and play the first song you ever shared.
- 3Take one photo at the same spot every time you return.
- 4Bring a handwritten note and hand it over at the very end.
Conversation idea
“If we could live anywhere for one year, where would we pick, and why?”
